The first step in a two-part, hand and arm exfoliation system enriched with prebiotic complex.
This waterless hand exfoliation system smooths and softens for radiant, healthier-looking skin. Formulated with naturally derived rice bran oil, shea butter, plus avocado oil.
HOW TO USE
STEP 1: Exfoliate - Apply the scrub to dry hands and arms, massaging in slow circular motions to physically remove dead skin cells.
STEP 2: Activate - Apply the CND Exfoliating Activator directly on top and massage until the crystals dissolve.
Wrap hands in a warm towel and let it sit for 5 minutes before wiping off excess product.
